Couple of years ago when we were still living in Greenhills, hubby and I have been talking about Rockwell’s new development near us – Rockwell Primaries in 53 Benitez. It is near Greenhills Shopping Area, near Ortigas CBD, near The Medical City and Cardinal Santos Hospitals in case we have emergencies, near ICA, Xavier, Poveda, Ateneo, LaSalle, OB Montessori for the kids’ future education. Basically everything a young family needs are within short driving distances.

When we got invited to the Pop-Up Model Units in SM Megamall, we jumped at the opportunity of finally checking it! [Hubby somewhere in the Pop-Up checking materials, amenities, floor plans.]10641227_1554339851455639_8541936483758769511_n

We have always loved Rockwell developments. Hubby trains Brazilian Jiujitsu in Rockwell Club. Rockwell’s Power Plant Mall is a favorite hang-out for the whole team, a favorite business meeting place for me, and a favorite shopping mall. Rockwell will always be Rockwell – synonymous to quality materials, quality build-out and quality of living. With Rockwell we are confident that two years from turnover, the doors and windows will still fit the hinges and braces. Unlike many of the developments nowadays that really look nice during turnover but look so crappy after a couple of years or so.

With Rockwell developments, our investments are also guaranteed to grow in market value. It’s a beautiful place to start!

Sharing with you some photos of Rockwell Primaries’ model units. [Sigh!] Yes – this is how I’m imagining our home to be.

Love that Rockwell partners only with the most reliable names to bring a “Life Lived Better” to young families like us.

It is great to see that our friends from Perch Furnishings also supply their furniture. Perch offers great quality, functional designs and value-for-money! They are not just eye-candy to primp your home. They use top quality materials and comply with all the international safety standards. Having little ones in the family – this is a big sigh of relief! No worries about fumes coming from non-eco-friendly paints. No sharp corners. No small parts that the little ones can swallow. And other furniture woes.

  1. I agree with May! The photos of the unit looked spacious, unlike most of the condo units being sold by other developers which looks too crowded. This is a good investment. It is also a lot better to buy a unit during the pre-selling period so you’ll get to avail it at a lower price.

  2. Wow, I’d love our home to look like that! We’re still living in a property owned by my in-laws but someday we’d love to invest on our own place. That really looks like a great investment! How affordable are they?
